Volunteer CPR Instructor at South Orange Rescue Squad

Kirstin MacLeod is a dedicated nursing professional with extensive experience in pediatric care and emergency medical services. Currently serving as a Pediatric Intensive Care Nurse at Mission Health since February 2023, Kirstin previously worked as a Pediatric Cardiac ICU RN at Duke University Hospital. In addition to clinical roles, Kirstin contributes as a Volunteer CPR Instructor with South Orange Rescue Squad, leading community training sessions. Early career experiences include positions as a Certified Nursing Assistant at UNC Health Care, a Volunteer EMT-B with South Orange Rescue Squad, and a Direct Support Professional at The Arc of the Triangle, Inc. Kirstin holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology, both from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
