Joshua White

Joshua White is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in development and data management, currently serving as a Senior Development Officer at South and Vale of White Horse District Council since October 2014. Joshua has successfully rebuilt BI data warehousing and developed PublicGIS using ESRI ArcGIS Server, among other responsibilities in GIS and Oracle systems. Since 2008, Joshua has also worked with both Vale of White Horse District Council and South Oxfordshire District Council, managing back-office systems and web mapping applications. Prior roles include web development at Vale of White Horse District Council and application development at Ordnance Survey. Joshua holds an M.Sc in Computer Studies from Sheffield Hallam University and a B.Eng in Civil Engineering from the University of Southampton.
