Hayley Cunningham

Hayley Cunningham is an accomplished television executive with extensive experience in unscripted programming. Currently serving as Head of Unscripted at South Pacific Pictures Ltd since March 2021 and as Executive Producer at Workparty since April 2020, Cunningham has held significant roles at MediaWorks NZ, where Hayley was Senior Network Executive and Head of Development from October 2016 to May 2020. Previous positions include Executive Producer at Matchbox Pictures Pty Ltd, Series Producer for Dancing With The Stars NZ at MediaWorks NZ, and Series Producer for X Factor NZ at TV3. Cunningham's early career included the role of Country Producer for The Amazing Race at Active TV Pty Ltd. Holding a Bachelor of Communication Studies in Television Production from Auckland University of Technology, Cunningham combines educational background with a rich professional history to lead and innovate in the television industry.
