Ben Bailey is currently the Law Enforcement Business Development Manager for the RapidHIT ID DNA System at Thermo Fisher Scientific, a position held since February 2024. Alongside this role, Ben serves as an Adjunct Instructor at South Piedmont Community College, specializing in the Basic Law Enforcement Training curriculum in areas such as Counterterrorism and Hazardous Materials. Previously, Ben worked as a TFO/Investigator for the Joint Terrorism Task Force at Monroe Police Department and held positions with the FBI, including Assistant Weapons of Mass Destruction Coordinator and Police Executive Fellow. Ben has also served as Past-Chairman of the Executive Board for RISS/ROCIC and as Chief Deputy Sheriff at Union County Sheriff's Office. Educational qualifications include a B.S. in Business Management from Wingate University and various programs from the FBI National Academy and Law Enforcement Executive Development Seminar.
