Leju Duku is an experienced project manager currently employed at South Point since September 2021, where responsibilities include collaborating with the Asset & Property Acquisitions Manager to implement CapEx projects and procurement programs aimed at optimizing returns from the real estate portfolio. Previous experience includes serving as an Assistant Project Manager at PMSA, where tasks involved meeting facilitation and stakeholder coordination. Leju's foundational knowledge in civil engineering was gained during an internship at GSP Construction. Academic qualifications include a Master of Science in Project Management from the University of Cape Town, a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management (Honors) from Nelson Mandela University, and a Diploma in Building and Civil Engineering from the University of Botswana.
