Alexa Islas Escobar is a Senior Specialist in Technical at South Pole, focusing on designing and developing carbon projects for sustainability technology. Prior to this, Alexa held roles such as Senior Project Coordinator at G2E México, General Director at Climathon CDMX, and Treasurer at SEIMIQ UNAM. Alexa also has experience as a Logistics and Internal Relations Advisor and Co-organizer at Climathon CDMX. Alexa holds a Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering from Universidad Nacional Autónoma de México and studied at the University of Helsinki.
