Öykü has expertise in managing crises, implementing new HR initiatives, and overseeing HR projects at a regional and global level. Öykü holds a post-graduate degree from Yıldız Teknik Üniversitesi and graduated in Business Administration from Gazi University and L'école Supérieure de Vente Industrielle Internationale.
