Sam Yates

Sam Yates is an experienced Recruitment & Talent Advisor currently serving both Chorley Council and South Ribble Borough Council since January 2023. Prior to these roles, Sam Yates worked as a Talent Engagement Partner at Higher People from November 2021 to January 2023 and gained valuable experience as an HR Advisor and HR Apprentice at the Federation of Small Businesses from March 2016 to May 2021. Sam Yates holds a Level 5 CIPD Diploma from Blackburn College in the UK.
