The Program Coordination and Support team at South Riverdale Community Health Centre is responsible for the development, implementation, and evaluation of community health programs that address barriers to well-being. They facilitate various initiatives, such as the SALC and Choose Health programs, ensuring effective service delivery and quality administration.
