South Shore Conservatory
Elaine Sorrentino has extensive experience in communications and education. Elaine currently serves as the Communications Director at South Shore Conservatory and also holds a position as a Preschool/PreK teacher at the same organization. Prior to their current roles, Elaine worked as a Librarian at Clift Rodgers Library for over two decades. Elaine earned a BS in Journalism from Suffolk University.
South Shore Conservatory
South Shore Conservatory (SSC) is a non-profit community school for the arts in Massachusetts. SSC’s mission is to provide access to exceptional arts education and performance for the South Shore community, fostering creativity, artistic growth, and well-being for individuals of all ages, backgrounds and abilities. Serving nearly 3,000 students, the Conservatory provides instruction in over 50 programs including individual and group lessons in most instruments and voice, an arts-principled preschool and full-day pre-k and kindergarten, performance workshops, dance, drama and creative arts therapies, and a variety of performing opportunities. SSC is conveniently located at two beautiful campuses in Hingham and Duxbury and throughout the South Shore in partnership with other arts organizations, schools, social service agencies and community centers.
