Kristi Faby is an experienced professional in the field of music therapy, with a background in psychology. Currently serving as the Director of Community Engagement and Director of Creative Arts Therapies at South Shore Conservatory. Kristi has a history of working in various healthcare and educational settings, providing music therapy to individuals with a range of needs, including Alzheimer's, dementia, and visual impairments. Engaged in community outreach and program development, Kristi is dedicated to using music to positively impact the lives of others.
South Shore Conservatory
South Shore Conservatory (SSC) is a non-profit community school for the arts in Massachusetts. SSC’s mission is to provide access to exceptional arts education and performance for the South Shore community, fostering creativity, artistic growth, and well-being for individuals of all ages, backgrounds and abilities. Serving nearly 3,000 students, the Conservatory provides instruction in over 50 programs including individual and group lessons in most instruments and voice, an arts-principled preschool and full-day pre-k and kindergarten, performance workshops, dance, drama and creative arts therapies, and a variety of performing opportunities. SSC is conveniently located at two beautiful campuses in Hingham and Duxbury and throughout the South Shore in partnership with other arts organizations, schools, social service agencies and community centers.
