Carol Keohane MS, RN is a seasoned healthcare leader with extensive experience in quality, patient safety, and healthcare management. Currently serving as Senior Vice President and Chief Quality and Patient Safety Officer at South Shore Health, Carol previously held the position of Vice President for Quality, Safety, Experience, and Health Systems Performance Improvement at Kaiser Permanente. Carol's notable accomplishments include strategic oversight of quality and safety initiatives at CRICO/Risk Management Foundation as Assistant Vice President and directing research at the Center for Patient Safety Research and Practice at Brigham and Women's Hospital.
