Ildavina Silva has extensive experience in education and mental health. Currently serving as a Mental Health Therapist at South Shore Mental Health since September 2012, Ildavina previously worked as a Permanent Substitute Teacher for the New Bedford School Department from February 2008 to June 2012, where responsibilities included adapting lesson plans for diverse learners and providing student support. Ildavina also held the position of Director of YW Kids from June 2008 to July 2009, overseeing school-age child care programming, and worked as an Assistant Manager at bebe stores from September 2006 to January 2008, focusing on personnel management and sales productivity. Ildavina holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Interior Design from Newbury College, earned between 2005 and 2007.
