The Leadership Team at South Shore Mental Health drives the strategic vision and operational excellence of the organization. Comprising the President/CEO, Chief Human Resources Officer, and Chief Psychologist/Director of Employee Assistance Program, this team collaborates to ensure high-quality care for clients, foster a supportive workplace culture, and implement innovative programs that address the needs of individuals with developmental disabilities and mental health challenges across the region.
