Lauren Dell'Olio has a diverse and extensive work experience. Lauren served as the Vice President of Marketing & Communication at the South Shore YMCA, where they developed and executed strategic marketing and communication initiatives. As the Chief Marketing Officer at Koko FitClub, LLC, they played a crucial role in growing the business and overseeing integrated marketing programs. At Fidelity Investments - Capital Markets, they implemented new marketing and lead generation programs as the Director of Marketing. Additionally, they worked for Deloitte & Touche as a Client Services Director, at Pinnacle Training as a Marketing Director, and at Digitas as a Senior Account Executive.
Lauren Dell'Olio earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Mass Communication with a minor in Journalism from Westfield State University, completing their education between 1988 and 1992. In 2015, they obtained certification as an Inbound Certified professional from HubSpot Academy.
