Brandon Dumas

Brandon Dumas is an experienced firefighter and EMT, currently serving as a firefighter with South Snohomish County Fire & Rescue since January 2018, while also working with Snohomish County Fire District #1 since August 2014. Previous military service includes roles as a senior medical representative and hospital corpsman in the US Navy from 2006 to 2014. Educational qualifications include degrees in Fire Science and Emergency Medicine Technician from Everett Community College, as well as specialized training and certifications in emergency medical skills obtained through various military programs and schools.

South Snohomish County Fire & Rescue

South Snohomish County Fire & Rescue is a Regional Fire Authority (RFA) that staffs 14 stations 24/7, serving more than 250,000 residents in unincorporated Southwest Snohomish County and the Cities of Lynnwood, Brier, Edmonds, and Mountlake Terrace; responding annually to more than 35,000 fire and emergency medical calls. All firefighters are certified as either emergency medical technicians or paramedics. Firefighters specializing in hazardous material response and technical rescue are on duty daily. South Snohomish County Fire & Rescue also has staff members assigned full time to community relations, fire prevention and public education.
