Keith Sharp currently serves as Chief Financial Officer at We Heart All since April 2023. With extensive experience in emergency services, Keith has held the position of CRP Captain at South Snohomish County Fire & Rescue since April 2005, also acting as Battalion Chief and participating in various advisory roles. Previously, Keith worked as a firefighter for Spokane City Fire Dept and served as a Military Police Officer in the US Army. Educational achievements include an ongoing Bachelor of Business Administration at Grand Canyon University, and an Associate of Arts and Sciences in Fire Science from Community Colleges of Spokane.

South Snohomish County Fire & Rescue is a Regional Fire Authority (RFA) that staffs 14 stations 24/7, serving more than 250,000 residents in unincorporated Southwest Snohomish County and the Cities of Lynnwood, Brier, Edmonds, and Mountlake Terrace; responding annually to more than 35,000 fire and emergency medical calls. All firefighters are certified as either emergency medical technicians or paramedics. Firefighters specializing in hazardous material response and technical rescue are on duty daily. South Snohomish County Fire & Rescue also has staff members assigned full time to community relations, fire prevention and public education.
