Amy Winter

Amy Winter currently serves as the Executive Director of Educational Services at South St. Paul Public Schools since July 2023. Prior experience includes roles at Richfield Public Schools, where Amy served as R-STEM Elementary Principal, Assistant Middle School Principal, and Dean of Students from August 2011 to July 2023. Earlier positions include a teaching role at Sheridan Hills Elementary and Resident Director at Evangel University. Amy Winter holds a Superintendent License from the University of Minnesota, a Principal K-12 certification from Saint Mary's University of Minnesota, a Master's degree in School Administration from Evangel University, and a Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education and Art Education from Evangel University.
