Richard's background includes significant roles at Virgin Media, where responsibilities included leading health and safety initiatives, and at Tesco as a Regional HSE Manager, focusing on facilities and fire safety. Richard's early career involved positions at Connells Group and Cannons Healthclub, enhancing expertise in fire risk assessments and safe systems of work.
