Sean Smith

Sean Smith started working at South Staffs Water in 2009 as the Head of Business Systems. Sean held this role until 2014 when they transitioned to their current position as the Head of Operational Technology (OT) at South Staffordshire Water plc.

Sean Smith completed their Bachelor's Degree in Electrical, Electronics and Communications Engineering at Birmingham City University from 1990 to 1994. Sean also attended IMD in 2009, where they obtained a degree in Managing the Technology Enterprise (MTE), focusing on Management, Leadership, and core business skills. Furthermore, they hold a certification as a Chartered Engineer (C.Eng) from the Engineering Council.
