Nick Hollaway is an experienced professional in customer insight and strategic management with a strong background in the construction and water industries. Currently serving as the Strategic Customer & Research Manager at South Staffs Water since April 2017, Nick has successfully led the implementation of a customer insight strategy that has significantly improved the company’s understanding of customer and stakeholder preferences. Previously, Nick held roles at Travis Perkins plc, where responsibilities included providing customer insights and acting as the internal voice of the customer. Additionally, Nick contributed as a committee member for the Chartered Institute of Marketing’s Construction Industry Group and has over a decade of experience at Leading Edge Management Consultancy, successfully managing marketing projects and improving customer service. Nick began a career in engineering, holding a position as a site engineer at Skanska after earning a BEng in Civil Engineering & Architecture from the University of Bath.
