Sarah Hewitt has extensive experience in customer operations within the water industry, having worked with South Staffs Water since 2005. Currently serving as the Head of Customer Operations, Sarah has progressed through various roles including Customer Operations Manager and Customer Leakage Advisor. Prior to these positions, Sarah gained foundational experience as an Administrative Assistant at South Staffs Water, first from August 2005 to May 2010, and then from February 2011 to August 2014. Sarah's educational background includes completing studies at Aldridge School from September 1995 to July 2000.
