Sergio Saldana is an experienced PACS Manager currently overseeing the daily operations of Radiology and Cardiology PACS for South Texas Health System, which includes four hospitals and six free-standing ERs, since January 2018. Prior roles include Tech Analyst Sr. Associate at NTT DATA, Inc. and Dell, providing technical support and troubleshooting in medical environments. Additional experience as a Field Analyst at Hangar9 Solutions and Service Desk/Field Technician at Valley Baptist Medical Center involved user support and hardware implementation. Sergio holds a bachelor's degree in Workforce Leadership/Supervision from the University of Texas at Brownsville and an associate degree in Computer Systems Management from Texas State Technical College, complemented by a Practicum in Health Information Technology from The University of Texas at Austin.
