Paul Mains

Paul Mains is an experienced leader in the housing and community development sector, currently serving as Group Managing Director at South Tyneside Homes since January 2014. Mains has held various significant roles, including Enterprise Adviser for North East LEP from January 2016 to September 2021, and Non Executive Director at Your Energy Service (NE) Ltd from November 2014 to February 2019. Prior to these positions, Mains was Chief Executive at East Durham Homes and has extensive experience in investment and repairs as Director at Blyth Valley Housing, along with a background as Area Housing Manager at Blyth Valley Council. Mains holds a Level 7 Certificate in Executive Coaching and Mentoring from the Institute of Leadership and Management, an MBA from Sunderland University, and a Level 7 Diploma in Strategic Management and Leadership from the Chartered Management Institute, complementing a BA (Hons) in Housing from the University of Northumbria.
