Meghan Lee

Meghan Lee serves as the Special Education Coordinator for South Washington County Schools since July 2025, where responsibilities include leading special education programming for grades 6–8 and ensuring compliance with regulations while fostering inclusive instruction. Prior to this role, Meghan held positions including Assistant Principal of Special Education at Prodeo Academy and Senior Manager at TNTP. Meghan's experience also encompasses a significant tenure at Chicago Public Schools, serving as Assistant Principal, Resident Principal, and Case Manager, among other roles. Additionally, Meghan contributed to Teach For America, first as a Campus Campaign Coordinator and later as a Corps Member Advisor, providing vital support and coaching to new teachers. Educational background includes a Master’s Degree in Special Education from National Louis University and a Bachelor's Degree from Gustavus Adolphus College in Gender, Women, Sexuality Studies and Sociology/Anthropology.
