Gary F. Spinner

Gary F. Spinner, DMSc, MPH, PA, AAHIVS, currently serves as an HIV Specialist at Southwest Community Health Center since August 2009 and as the Medical Director for the Ryan White HIV-AIDS Program since February 2021. Previously, Gary held the position of Chief Operating Officer at Cornell Scott - Hill Health Corporation, overseeing clinical services from July 1984 to July 2009, and served as a Board Member at Community Health Network of Connecticut from January 1995 to June 2011. Additionally, Gary was the Chair of the City of New Haven Homeless Commission from January 1999 to December 2008. Educational credentials include a Doctor of Medical Science from the University of Lynchburg, a Master's in Public Health from the University of Connecticut, a Physician Associate degree in HIV Medicine from the Yale School of Medicine, and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Rutgers University.
