Crystal Hays

Crystal Hays is an experienced professional currently serving as the Team Leader for School Readiness and a Speech Pathologist at South West Healthcare since February 2021, while also working as a Speech Pathologist Grade 2 at Portland District Health since November 2023. Prior experience includes a role as a Human Resources Consultant from 2011 to 2017 and various positions in human resources management, including Human Resources Manager at Centacare and Human Resources Officer for WA/NT at Bestbar. Crystal has a Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from Charles Sturt University, obtained between 2017 and 2020, and a Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management & Industrial Relations and International Business from the University of Newcastle, completed from 2003 to 2006. Prior educational achievements include the Higher School Certificate from Taree Christian School and the School Certificate from Taree High School.
