Erin Fahey is an experienced Occupational Therapist currently employed at South West Healthcare since September 2021. Prior to this role, Erin worked as an Occupational Therapist at The Royal Melbourne Hospital & NorthWestern Mental Health from November 2019 to September 2021. Erin's earlier career included positions as Team Leader and Food and Beverage Attendant at Delaware North from November 2015 to November 2019. Additionally, Erin has completed various occupational therapy placements at institutions such as Beaufort and Skipton Health Service, The Royal Children's Hospital, WISE Employment, The Tipping Foundation, and Djerriwarrh Health Services. Erin holds a Master of Occupational Therapy Practice from Monash University (2017-2019) and a Bachelor of Biomedical Science in Biochemistry and Medical Science from La Trobe University (2014-2016), alongside a Victorian Certificate of Education from Kardinia International College (2008-2013).
