Sloane Toy has extensive experience in office management and reception roles, currently serving as Office Manager at Gurian PLLC since December 2016. Prior to this, Sloane held receptionist positions at South and Western and Internal Medicine Associates of Plano, the latter being a front office role in a seven-doctor practice from November 2009 to September 2014. Responsibilities included managing a busy multi-line phone system, checking patients in and out, verifying insurance, collecting payments, and ensuring a clean and organized environment while maintaining HIPAA compliance.
