Elizabeth Hunt possesses extensive experience in corporate governance, privacy management, and information management, currently serving as Manager CoSec and Manager Privacy & Information Management at South32 since September 2018. In this newly established role, Elizabeth leads the development of a privacy and data protection program, overseeing global compliance, risk management, and incident response. Prior to this, Elizabeth held positions including Principal Disclosure & Governance at South32, where responsibilities encompassed securities exchange compliance and shareholder engagement, and a series of leadership roles at Mining Corporate Pty Ltd, including Managing Director & CEO. Elizabeth's early career involved providing company secretarial services at MinCorp Pty Ltd. An accomplished professional, Elizabeth holds multiple degrees, including a Master's degree in Accounting from Curtin University and a Graduate AICD from the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
