Felicity Johnston

Felicity Johnston is an experienced professional in the engineering and technical fields, currently serving as Technical Superintendent at South32 since February 2014, where leadership spans teams focused on production, cost, safety, and risk improvement initiatives in various technical disciplines. Previous roles at South32 include Operations Superintendent and another Technical Superintendent position. Prior to South32, Felicity worked at Proteus EPCM Engineers from December 2010 to June 2013, engaging in pre-feasibility and feasibility studies across multiple projects, alongside managing internal audits and generating critical engineering documentation. An undergraduate metallurgist role at BHP Billiton was also part of Felicity's early career. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Engineering from The University of Western Australia, a Graduate Diploma in Environment and Climate Emergency from Curtin University, and a Foundations for Graduates program at Melbourne Business School.
