Tracy Jones

Tracy Jones has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Tracy started their career at Western Mining Corporation Limited in 1995, where they held various accounting roles. Tracy then moved on to Robe River Iron Associates as a Manager Transaction Services in 2001. In 2002, they joined Cadbury Schweppes Bottling Group as a Finance Business Partner. In 2004, Tracy joined Woodside Energy, where they had multiple roles, including Finance Manager and Senior Manager Contracting and Procurement. In 2014, they briefly served as a Senior Adviser for Business Development & Growth before becoming a Business Manager for Pluto, Oil, and Wheatstone assets. Tracy then took on the role of Vice President of Performance Excellence from 2018 to 2020. Tracy has also worked at DevelopmentWA as a Manager of Finance and Technology from 2021 to 2022. Currently, they are the Vice President of Financial Planning and Analysis at South32.

Tracy Jones has a BCom degree from Murdoch University, which was obtained between 1992 and 1994. In 2000, they completed an MBA in Business Administration and Management from Deakin University. Tracy also participated in the CPA Australia Program and became a Fellow CPA. Tracy is currently enrolled in the Australian Institute of Company Directors, pursuing a GAICD degree.
