Kerry Eldridge

Kerry Eldridge is currently serving as the Director of People and Culture at Southampton City Council, where the role includes supporting over 3,100 colleagues and co-creating a new People Strategy while contributing to a £50 million transformation related to the City Plan. Additionally, Kerry holds a position as a Member of the Board of Trustees at iSightCornwall and has previously worked as a Senior People Professional at Oxford University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust and as Chief People Officer at Integrated Care 24 and RNIB. Kerry's educational background includes a degree in Human Resources Management and Services from Anglia Ruskin University, completed in January 2005.
