Lee Tillyer

Lee Tillyer is currently a Commissioner for Children's Services at Southampton City Council, a position held since August 2013, after serving in various roles, including Service Development Officer for Domestic and Sexual Abuse and Care Technology. In these positions, Lee has focused on enhancing the use of technology in health and social care to promote independence among individuals. Prior to this, Lee worked as a Senior Communications Officer and Marketing Executive at P&O Cruises, managing travel agent engagement and contributing to marketing efforts. Lee's career at Southampton City Council also includes roles as a Marketing Officer and Children's Services Project Assistant, following the completion of a Bachelor of Arts degree in Media and Culture from Solent University in 2002.
