Mike Harris

Mike Harris serves as the Chief Executive at Southampton City Council since February 2016, having previously held the positions of Acting Chief Executive and Deputy Chief Executive. In the role of Deputy Chief Executive, Mike Harris contributed significantly as Change Director, focusing on the Resource Review. Mike Harris has also managed a variety of services as Service Director for Growth, aimed at fostering a conducive environment for investment and development within the City. Mike Harris holds a Masters in Business Administration from Solent University and a Bachelor of Arts with Honors in Sport & Recreation Studies from Staffordshire University.
