Andy Martino

Andy Martino is an experienced Football Development Manager at Southampton Football Club since February 1998, where responsibilities include collaborating with global teams to support US partner clubs and implementing tailored coaching curricula. Martino has held various positions within the club, including Academy Coach and Community Coach, focusing on player and coach development, and enhancing standards in grassroots football. Additionally, Martino serves as an FA Coach Developer, delivering UEFA B and C Licence qualifications to coaches at various levels. Formerly, Martino led the establishment of a community department at Kickers Indoor Soccer Centre. Educational background includes attendance at Swanmore Secondary School and Woodkirk High School.
