Currently serving as the Partnership Development Manager at Southampton Football Club since June 2022, Brandon is focused on creating sustainable partnerships with brands at local and global levels. Previously, as Regional Business Manager for the club, responsibilities included developing local partnerships and enhancing revenue propositions. Brandon's experience also includes working with IWG plc as an Area Sales Manager, managing occupancy and revenue across a vast portfolio, and serving as a Specialist Recruiter in Regulatory Affairs at Compass Life Sciences. Earlier positions include a variety of management roles at Carphone Warehouse, where Brandon was instrumental in training new managers and consistently exceeded sales targets. Currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Senior Sales Leadership at Middlesex University, Brandon demonstrates a strong commitment to professional growth and expertise in sales and partnership strategies.
