Haris Ali

Haris Ali is an experienced professional in football administration, currently serving as Academy Secretary at Southampton Football Club since August 2025. Previously, Haris held the role of Academy Secretary/DSO at Cambridge United Football Club from December 2023 to July 2025 and worked as a Football Administration Assistant at Rochdale Association Football Club from July to November 2023, where responsibilities included managing player contracts and administration for both first team and academy levels. Haris also participated in the inaugural Hive Mentoring Scheme at Burnley Football Club, gaining exposure to various areas of the sports industry. Academically, Haris holds a Master's degree in Sports Business Management and Policy and a Bachelor of Laws from The Manchester Metropolitan University.
