Ailsa Robertson

Photography Tutor at Southbank Centre

Ailsa Robertson has a diverse work experience spanning various sectors. Ailsa started their career in 2012 as a Personal Assistant at Londonart CO UK ltd, where they worked until June 2012. From September 2012 to November 2015, they served as a Social Enterprise at Crisis. In 2014, they took on the role of a Photography Tutor and Arts Award Advisor at Bow Arts Trust, a position they held until December 2016. In 2015, Ailsa joined Southbank Centre as a Photography Tutor, and in August 2016, they became a Listing Officer at The Nursing and Midwifery Council.

Ailsa Robertson pursued their education at the Moray School of Art (University of the Highlands & Islands) from 2005 to 2009, earning a Bachelor of Arts degree with honors in Fine Art. Ailsa later enrolled at the Center for Island Creativity Shetland UHI in 2020 and completed their studies in 2021, obtaining a Master of Arts degree in Art & Social Practice.
