Claire Tartarin has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Claire is currently the Head of Financial Planning & Analysis at Southbank Centre since September 2022. Prior to this, they worked as a Financial Planning & Analysis Manager at Imperial College London from June 2021 to September 2022, where they were responsible for leading and delivering the College's annual planning process and providing financial modeling and stakeholder engagement for academic investments.

Before that, Claire held the position of Finance Manager at Imperial College Business School from April 2020 to June 2021, where they deputized for the Finance Director and led the team to finalize the school's annual budget. Claire also provided commercial finance business partnering for the Executive Education team. Claire began their career at Imperial College London as a Finance Trainee in September 2017, where they completed a 3-year graduate program and passed all 13 ACCA exams within 2.5 years. During this time, they conducted a financial, strategic, and historic review of the college's commercial investments in real estate.

Prior to their work at Imperial College, Claire served as a Mentor at LiveMentor from February 2016 to August 2017, and as a Financial Controller Assistant at SNCF Réseau from February 2016 to July 2016. Claire also worked as a Junior Strategy Consultant at Nova Consulting (Marque, Culture, Sport, Tourisme) from July 2015 to December 2015.

Claire gained legal experience through internships at Lefèvre Pelletier & associés, Avocats (LPA) from July 2013 to August 2013, and Cabinet de Maître Claire di Crescenzo, Avocat from September 2011 to May 2013.

Claire Tartarin has a diverse education history. Claire started their academic journey in 2007 at Lycée Saint-Michel de Picpus, where they obtained their Baccalauréat in economics and social sciences in 2010. In the same year, they enrolled at Institut national des langues et civilisations orientales (Inalco) and completed a Diploma of initiation to Russian language and civilization by 2012.

Moving forward, Claire pursued their Bachelor of Laws (LLB) at Université Panthéon Assas (Paris II) from 2010 to 2013. Following their bachelor's degree, they attended UCL from 2013 to 2014 and completed their Master 1 in English Law.

In 2014, Claire joined ESCP Business School, where they pursued a Master in Management Grande Ecole, which they successfully completed in 2017. As part of their academic journey, they also had an exchange semester at Bayes Business School (formerly Cass Business School) in 2017.

Simultaneously, alongside their academic pursuits, Claire engaged in professional certifications. Claire obtained the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) qualification in 2020, after three years of study from 2017 to 2020. In addition to their degree, Claire pursued various certifications, including The Cycle: Management of Successful Arts and Cultural Organizations from Coursera in 2023, SQL for Data Analysis from Udemy in 2022, and Imperial Business Analytics: From Data to Decisions from Imperial College Business School in 2021. Further certifications include Microsoft Power BI Desktop for Business Intelligence from Udemy in 2021, Excel Business Intelligence: Power Pivot and DAX from LinkedIn in 2021, and Excel Business Intelligence: Data Modeling 101 also from LinkedIn in 2020. Prior to their professional career, they completed the Masterclass Marketing Digital program from LiveMentor in 2016 and the Project Management (MOOC) from Centrale Lille in 2013.
