Courtney Caton has a diverse work experience in the field of communications and administration. Courtney started their career at Grey College JCR as the JCR President from August 2015 to August 2016. Courtney then joined the National Theatre as a Directors' Office Assistant from December 2016 to January 2018. Subsequently, they worked at Theatre Royal Stratford East as an Executive Administrator from May 2018 to November 2018. Courtney then moved to Shakespeare's Globe, where they held the roles of Communications Assistant from June 2019 to November 2020 and Internal Communications & Inclusion Coordinator from December 2020 to August 2021. Currently, Courtney Caton is working at Southbank Centre as an Internal Communications & Engagement Manager starting from September 2021.

Courtney Caton attended Durham University from 2012 to 2015, where they completed their degree in English Literature. Courtney obtained additional certifications in July 2022 as an Emergency First Aider at Work from Ofqual and in January 2022 as a Mental Health First Aider from Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) England.
