Marrissa De Nil has a diverse work experience in the entertainment and arts industry. Marrissa started their career as an Assistant Production Manager at Just For Laughs / Juste pour rire in 2015 and held this role until 2017. In 2018, they worked as a Production Assistant at both Mercury Musical Developments and Adam Blanshay Productions. Marrissa also worked as an Education Events Assistant at Shakespeare's Globe during the same year. Their most recent position is at Southbank Centre where they started as an Artistic Rentals and Partnerships Assistant in 2019 and was later promoted to the role of Artistic Rentals and Partnerships Coordinator in 2020.

Marissa De Nil completed their Bachelor's Degree in Economics and English, with a focus on Drama and Theatre, at McGill University from 2012 to 2016. Following this, they pursued a Master of Fine Arts (MFA) degree in Creative Producing at The Royal Central School of Speech and Drama from 2017 to 2019.
