Sophia Koen has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Sophia currently works at Southbank Centre as a Marketing Manager since September 2022, and previously held the position of Marketing Officer from May 2021 to August 2022. From 2013 to 2015, Sophia attended the University of Amsterdam, where they pursued a Master's degree in Museum Studies.
Prior to that, from 2009 to 2012, they attended the University College Roosevelt, where they obtained an Honors Bachelor of Arts degree. Their major was Arts & Humanities with a focus on Art History, History, and Antiquity.
Before their university studies, Sophia attended ISW (Interconfessionele Scholengroep Westland) from 2003 to 2009. Sophia pursued a Profiel Cultuur & Maatschappij (Culture & Society Profile) with the addition of Economics as an elective.
In addition to their formal education, Sophia has also obtained several certifications. In May 2021, they received a Master Digital Marketing certificate from LinkedIn Learning. In August 2020, they completed a course titled "An Introduction to Consumer Neuroscience & Neuromarketing" from Coursera. Furthermore, in November 2018, they earned the Team Kanban Practitioner certification from Lean Kanban Inc. Prior to that, in October 2018, they completed an Introduction to Marketing course, also from Coursera.
