Paula Desmarais

Paula Desmarais, M.Ed., BCBA, LABA, serves as the ABA Clinical Program Director at South Bay Community Services, overseeing operations in Framingham, Worcester, Lawrence, and Lowell since October 2021. Previous experience includes roles as a Licensed and Board Certified Behavior Analyst at Positive Behavior Supports Corp. and Bellingham Public Schools, as well as a Home Based Director and ABA Home-Based Therapist at Applied Behavioral Associates, LLC. Educational qualifications include a Master of Education in Autism and Applied Behavior Analysis from Endicott College and a Bachelor of Arts in Early Childhood Special Education and Advocacy from UMass Amherst.
