Prior to this role, Mark held the position of Production Control Manager at Ithaca Industries from January 1995 to July 1998. Academic credentials include a CPIM certification in Production & Inventory Management from APICS in 1996, an MBA in Business Administration from Appalachian State University (1991-1992), and a BSBA in Operations Management from the same institution (1988-1991).
