Phil Tribel has extensive experience in finance and management, culminating in a retirement in July 2022. Phil served as General Manager and Controller at Southbend from August 2012 until retirement. Prior to that, Phil was the Director of Sales and Marketing at Virginia Transformer Corp from February 2011 to August 2012. From 2001 to 2010, Phil held the position of President and Chief Financial Officer at Ross Industries, Inc., a manufacturer serving the food industry. Phil's earlier roles include President and Chief Financial Officer at Tipper Tie, Inc., a multi-national corporation, and positions as Senior Accountant at KPMG Peat Marwick and Staff Accountant at Deloitte Haskins and Sells. Phil holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, with dual concentrations in Accounting and Finance, from Montclair State University.
