Andrea Loft

Andrea Loft is the Vice President Operations at Southbridge Care Homes. Prior to this role, they served as the Director of Operations at Extendicare Assist and Regional Director at Extendicare Assist, previously Extendicare Canada. They have a background in nursing, having worked as a Director of Nursing at Extendicare and as a Residential Care Supervisor at the Canadian National Institute for the Blind. Additionally, Andrea is a Certified Executive Coach from People Dynamics and holds a Diploma in Registered Nursing from Humber College. Their expertise lies in leading management teams to provide excellent care and services while fostering collaborative relationships with healthcare providers and community agencies.
