James Costa has extensive experience in environmental services and facilities management, currently serving as an Environmental Services Consultant at Southbridge Care Homes since May 2023 and as an Environmental Services Manager at Southbridge Ltd since July 2022. Prior to these roles, James held various managerial positions at CBRE, including National Senior Facilities Manager for the WESCO Canada Account and Facilities Manager for the Siemens Account in the Eastern Region of Canada. James also worked as a Facilities Manager at BGIS on the CIBC Account from June 2018 to November 2021. With a career that began in 1993 at CIBC as a Premises Officer in Eastern Ontario, James has developed a comprehensive skill set in facilities operations and management over the years.
