Cynthia Rowell CPP has extensive experience in payroll management, currently serving as the Manager of Payroll at Southcentral Foundation since August 2020. Previously, Cynthia held positions as Payroll Manager at Alutiiq, LLC from June 2016 to March 2019, and as Payroll Benefits Manager at Arctic Catering, Inc. from September 2010 to June 2016, where responsibilities included final review of payroll registers and ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal laws. Earlier in her career, Cynthia worked as Assistant Office Manager at Lithia Motors from October 2002 to June 2007. Cynthia holds an Associate of Arts degree in Accounting from the University of Phoenix, completed between 2008 and 2010, and graduated with a diploma in General studies from East Anchorage High School in 1989.
