Katie Potter

Katie Potter has a diverse background in human resources, currently serving as the Human Resources Development Manager at Southco, Inc. since October 2021. Prior to this role, Katie held the position of Human Resources Site Leader at Plug Power for a brief period in 2021. From October 2011 to April 2021, Katie was the Director of Human Resources at Rochester Precision Optics, having advanced through various HR roles including Human Resources Manager and Human Resources Administrator. Earlier in Katie's career, roles included Visual at Pottery Barn and Manager at American Eagle Outfitters across various locations. Katie holds a Bachelor of Science in Labor and Human Resources and a Certificate in Labor Studies and Employment Relations from Penn State World Campus.
